What we do
Repair
Springs, cables, tracks, rollers, hinges, panels and doors that won't open or close.
Repair detailsInstallation & replacement
New sectional doors, steel or insulated, for homes and commercial openings.
Installation detailsHow we work
- We explain before we fix. You hear what we found and your repair and replacement options.
- You approve the work. We complete only the work you agree to.
- We put it in writing. Home improvement work is documented in a written contract where Massachusetts law requires one.
- We test before we leave. Door balance, operation and safety reversal are checked after every job.
Safety comes first
Springs, cables and bottom brackets are under extreme tension. We ask homeowners not to adjust or remove them without a professional.
Massachusetts compliance
Residential garage door installation and replacement are generally regulated as home improvement work in Massachusetts under M.G.L. c. 142A. For that work, KSE Door Mechanics:
- provides a written contract for covered projects, including the scope, price, and start and completion terms;
- gives customers the right-to-cancel notice that Massachusetts law requires for covered contracts;
- honors the Massachusetts consumer protection law, M.G.L. c. 93A, in how we advertise and price our work.
You can verify any Massachusetts home improvement contractor with the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation at mass.gov.
